Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30 day Returns Policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO THORNTON HUNDRED MOTORCYCLES. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved for a full or partial refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

refunds or items under warranty do not apply to second hand parts or accessories (parts or accessories not purchased directly on thorntonhundred.co.uk).

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at enquiries@thorntonhundred.co.uk and send your item to: 43 Lodge Farm Business Centre, Castlethorpe, Milton Keynes, Bucks, MK19 7ES.

You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item to us.
