Engineered to be different.
Thornton Hundred is named after a village in Buckinghamshire, called Thornton, and harks back to an era when achieving “the ton” —100 mph— was a badge of honour. Jody started the company building cafe racers, utilising a shipping container (left) and a maxed-out credit card.
TH Works engineers and manufactures motorcycles that are meticulously hand-built by a dynamic team based in the heart of Motorsport Valley. TH Works uses modern innovation techniques to create unique, high-performance machines that embody the spirit of British engineering excellence and passion for motorcycling.
We use modern techniques such as 3D scanning to reverse engineer components, CAD software to design boundary-pushing parts, 3D printing in plastic and alloys to prototype and test components, these then go through FEA stress analysis to ensure our components are safe for years to come.
Reliability and usability are at the forefront of our values, so it’s no surprise to see our bikes racking up thousands of miles in all conditions. We meticulously revise every part of our bikes to ensure they can withstand the harshest environments while retaining their aesthetic brilliance. Our plating, coating, painting, and skinning processes ensure that our bikes stay gleaming for years to come.
Over the years, Thornton Hundred has crafted truly inspiring bespoke motorcycles, culminating in the creation of TH Works and the EVO BOBBER.
